[BUG] Never Ending Loading Screens In AD Vet Stormhaven Ticket: 160611-001656

After the maintenance yesterday I started having an issue with one character only. She is my AD vet in Stormhaven. When I try to load into the zone from the character select screen or travel in the zone I get never ending loading screens. I have to go into Task Manager and kill the game. When I log back into the game I can then enter one time without loading screen issues. Not happening to other characters in other zones. I took my EP vet into Stormhaven with no issues so it seems to be specific to either this character or AD entrance to the zone.

Sadly the problem is still there and she is stuck again. I replied to my ticket about the issue.

Happening to me as well, stuck in an infinite load screen in stormhaven. It is no longer a "stuck at load screen in dark brotherhood sanctuary only" issue.

Yeah I can't get to this character currently. I really need her moved and I will just forget trying to finish Cadwell's Gold for now. Hopefully they can find and fix whatever the problem is.

I've been having the same problem in Stormhaven on my AD vet toons also. Forever loadscreens. It seems to only be stormhaven and only AD toons.

A lot of people are having this infinite loading screen issue and it's not just in a specific area, it's a bunch of different places. There's a thread of a lot of people in the general forums reporting this issue as well.

@ZOS_DaryaK, Can someone PLEASE move my character stuck in Stormhaven? New ticket number: 160611-001656. I had to open a new ticket since I didn't have access to the old ones due to an email change. She has been stuck since the 9th. Thank you.

Sigh so CS just replied with some canned message that has nothing to do with my issue......... I tell them I cannot access my character from the character selection screen and they tell me to use /stuck.

And...they just closed my ticket and did not move my character. I just replied to the ticket to open it again and hopefully someone will see it and move her.

Tiz okay CS. I restarted my game so many times until I was FINALLY able to get her out of Stormhaven myself. Sadly I guess she cannot finish Cadwell's because CS won't move her if she gets stuck again. I cannot take her back into Stormhaven.

I had this issue going to Stormhaven on my AD sorc (the infinite loading screen but never going there); it happened whenever trying to use a wayshrine to go there or sometimes if I'd logged out there. However, I was able to travel there without the unending load screen by using the "travel to player" feature while going to a guildie (at least in the past, not tried yet since this week's patch as I'm having trouble getting that patch installed). Just don't log out there or you may be stuck again...

Thanks for the suggestion! I will certainly try it since my TG quests are taking me into Stormhaven and I would love to finish Cadwell's Gold on this character. Appreciate the help!!
