Guys,

Does anyone know if these can be bought? If so how and where

    The only place it could be sold is a Guild Store, but I think they are Bound to your account.

    However, I get them from doing the TG Daily Jobs and Thieves Troves. Every character of mine has at least 5, one has more than 50 of them. I never get caught.
    Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
