Burning Light bugged?!

Did you guys noticed that burning light is hitting really lower on magplar since DB launch? I found burning light's ticks to be a lot higher on my stamplar which deals the same damage as the magplar's burning light before DB. So is the passive scaling only on stamina and weapon damage or is it just my impression?

It's definitely screwy - I play stamplar and the first thing I noticed after patch is that Burning Light hits for the exact same amount that it did before patch. It SHOULD have increased by a lot due to scaling with my Mighty CP. I was pissed, but I figured it was a stealth nerf to the base damage. I didn't realize magplars were doing less damage than before.

@ZOS_JessicaFolsom would be you be willing to check with the devs to ask if they reduced the base Burning Light damage when they changed the scaling? Or is it bugged?

Anyone else notice a 200-300 tooltip damage/healing reduction after DB? i have same spell power / max magicka as before, however my tool tip damage or healing power is a lot lower since tuesday.

Tooltips are bugged i think, but puncturing sweeps and burning light are doing the correct damage on a magplar.
