She got an email saying everything was fixed, and a free week of ESO+ was granted, but still, since 30 May, she's been unable to log into one of her characters, her sorc, Ladyxara.
She's also now missed the discounted respec on her sorc, where it's most needed.
If you're backlogged that's fine - but please just at least let her know that. Thank you.
