How do i change my email adress?

So I no longer have access to my accounts email address I got rid of it because it got hacked, but i see no way of changing my email adress, and i cant do anything since i need a security code and i cant get it because the email no longer exists.

Please go to SUPPORT and attempt to log in, choose Cannot log in and select "Suspension/Compromised". This will allow you to make a request on behalf of a compromised account or email.
