    There are times when I run into a bug where my action bars become disabled completely unable to use anything and the only way to break out of it is to spam block repeatedly until it comes undone. Sometimes there's a delay in swap action bar that seems very sluggish, sometimes it takes a little longer sometimes it doesn't swap at all.

    Animations are borked, weaving attacks does not work properly and often you get stuck in a heavy attack wasting time. This update to the animation system in this game was ill conceived and tested poorly. It was also heavily criticized on the pts and yet here we are.

    Note that certain classes and skills seem to be working less efficient than others for instance on my dk the medium attack + whip weave seem to be working ok but on my nightblade a light attack force pulse weave constantly gets stuck into a heavy attack and both end up failing to cast.

    The old animations and combat felt so much better than this.

    I understand your point and arguably ( probably ) that would have been a better option 2. However for this question, if you think it is better you just go option 2, "it hasn't deteriorated".

    The point of poll was to see whether people believe the combat is worse after patch, and that was my logic for leaving that option out and having only 2 options; also that I wanted a yes /no answer so the result will be a clear.

    I've had my Ultimate...jam, for lack of a better word...several times now. :/ The icon will display it as full but it won't fire when I hit the button. This is an annoyance in PvE and dangerous in PvP.

    The easy fix is just remove the skill points from any passive that reduces the cost of Ultimate skill or turn on Ultimate numbers and let it go up to the default cost of it before casting. None of the reduced Ultimate cost passives are working in this patch.

    Light attacks don't go off between skills. But I'm finding not even skills are going off between skills. I press a button, my character unsheathes her weapon and stares dumbly at the enemies. I need to press it a second time for the skill to go off. Then I press another skill with the weapon already unsheathed and the same happens. I need to hit the key a second time.

    I'm almost tempted to say the skill queue system borked up.

    P.S. Also, after the patch casting Rapid Retreat fails a lot by giving the 'You cannot attack this target because you have the option to attack innocents turned off' if my reticule happens to be aiming a non-hostile NPC.

    It feels unresponsive. I rarely used animation canceling, I like to just play and it's been fine for the 4-Khajiit and trials I've done. This feels like I'm trying to drive with the parking brake on.

    Just give us the old animation back, honestly i suspect another reason why comet can not be reflected is related to the weird animation it does when returned.

    From what i have seen, the timing is not the same as it once was for some things, there are some current bugs that are reported and likely being worked on (some ult costs and maybe triggering) and that kind of stuff.

    i expect the first patch will address some of them but that some of the changes are INTENDED and will stay.

    Overall, having run 6 of 8 existing characters and two new ones i cannot say it "feels" worse any moreso than we would expect after a major patch overhaul release-0. My fights run fine, some better, some worse.

    Combat has been slow and clunky since they put in the gap closer unbreakable/unresistable snare.

    Take that *** out. There is way too much blanket stunning and snaring. Stuns and snares should be a precision utility used to counter an opponent tactically, not completely lock down their controls for the duration of a fight.

    It's abysmal how bad combat is now.

    I feel like the OP neglected to play thieves guild or something. That's where things took a turn for the worse. DBH is one of the best patches they've released because things didn't get worse from thieves guild they just didn't improve very much (on the sluggishness game play) ie.. reaction time between jumps/button presses and the intentional nerf or major expedition are the two main problems I see. While I'm all for "validating input", I believe they are still working on trying to consolidate checks to minimize the amount of traffic to & from the server under lag conditions.

    Combat is fast and furious! The amount of damage going out now is off the charts! There are so many bow + DW/S+S/2H running around doing insane damage now!

    So, I decided to try it out and OMG... it is nasty how quickly you can kill someone who isn't paying attention. When I say try it out, I am referring to bow...

    I would say that combat has deteriorated due to the speed in which one achieves death or victory.

    It's almost as quick as Overwatch... not quite... but certainly seems to be headed in that direction.
