Hi all. I present you all. Empress Regent Frintiviar. (My character name. Not actuall Empress) My new level 13 Templar who resides and fight for Daggerfall (hopefully staying) 
I have 370+ champion points. During the time of this video. Us DC in Scourge on PS4 EU had 4 buffs? Correct me if I wrong. But I honestly unsure if this made a difference. I also want to thank you all who have tested my build in progress yesterday. At this time of video. I don't do damage. I not made for damage. Did this purpose to some extent. Works best in group PvP. But my healing though.... I present you all my testing of build in progress.
