Maintenance for the week of March 9:
• [COMPLETE] ESO Store and Account System for maintenance – March 11, 9:00AM EDT (13:00 UTC) - 1:00PM EDT (17:00 UTC)
I was never very fond of defensive mechanics that relies on chances. I always liked shield mechanics.
Evasion/Blur really makes huge difference on a PvE Stamina NB?
Yes bc you really only need a couple attacks, the rest are heals or buffs. Shuffle also grants root immunity which is essential if youre dw/2h since you have no range.
Go shuffle from the medium armor tree. Evasion is the base skill I think. You don't get the speed, but it removes snares.
Also, I don't care what anyone says, shuffle works more than it should. I use it in stam builds abd double take on my magica NB. I don't dodge half as much with that up.
I like double take on my magika NB espessially in PvP. It helps to save some stamina on blocking and it can be cast from stealth. So, concealed weapon+dark stalker+double take and you can chase horses in stealth )
It definitely does make a huge difference. You'll notice a significant improvement to your survivability. Double Take is better for the Major Expedition.
Just don't use it as a tank, with the new Wrath passive you want to get hit to get the damage boost and constitution recovery has been increased significantly. You can also dodge incoming heals that are direct targeting like Rushed Ceromony, Rejuvenation, and Twilight Matriarch; it doesn't Dodge ground effect heals or cones as far as I know.
