Small recommendations

Just a couple of thoughts or recommendations:
1. The maximum quest number of 25 should be at least doubled if not no cap at all). It would be highly appreciated if you could explain the purpose or if any limitations requiring such a limit. As more DLC come out I will continue to have partly completed quests for one reason or another.
2. When I find things of interest in the world that are not indicated in the map already, say a treasure chest or a good farming location for a certain mat, I would really like the option of being able to stick "post-it" notes or comments on my map for future reference. As far as I know we only have the ability to place a set destination marker, which disappears if disconnected.
3. I think others have mentioned this, but please put NingleNel back.
4. Mounts - I know opinion will vary alot on this, but I really feel some of the exotic mounts are way too expensive... I realise that you need to be rewarded for investment in these things so not complaining that there is a cost ...
5. I am a quarterly subscriber, so when things like mounts are temporarily on sale and I am low on crowns, it would be great to have the ability to "lay-by" these until our crowns are replenished and one can purchase and then use. Case in point earlier this week I was interested in buying the black Senche thing with blue glow, but my QRTLY crowns refresh in 4 more days, so I missed out and ZOS missed out on the sale.
6. Price of merchant or banker should include ability to repair/use guild bank & store, otherwise please lower the cost. I bought the merchant thinking the only limitation was not to be used in Cyrodil, not knowing I could not repair.
POSITIVES
Absolutely LOVE the crafting bag solution. As a master crafter with OCD that must collect any mats I see, I am so happy now that I no longer have to go to extraordinary efforts to store. Well done!
Also really dig the DB, its high quality really shows and is super so fun for what I have done so far.

✭I don't think ZOS considers you not having your free Crowns to buy the mount as them missing on the sale. That would be you missing out since you were wanting it free.
