So, I'm doing the quest and I'm at Morkul stronghold. The chief asks me to help his sad wife, so I agree to do so. And then I get a quest area just to the right, over the bridge as I come out of the chief's longhouse. I go over there... And absolutely nothing. Nothing but merchants and NPCs with no conversational dialogue. I've looked EVERYWHERE and haven't been able to find ANYTHING. I can't see any NPC by the name of what the chief gave me, I've tried abandoning and resetting the quest, no luck...

✭✭✭✭✭Just to make sure your looking in the right area, it is near the crafting stations. I think the NPC in question is nearer to the Blacksmithing area than the other ones.
I did this one a while back and it worked, but they could have done something to make the NPC go away. Also, have you tried going to the area that you need to after talking to the Missing NPC?
