Since PC and Console sell same Monster Sets in Cyrodiil, will console have impen this weekend?

PC and Console sell exactly the same monster set items on the Cyrodiil vendor but Console hasnt released Dark Brotherhood yet. But i was wondering how they will do the monster sets in Cyrodiil this weekend, if they would start selling impen there since they normally sell the same items as PC?
