To ZOS Regarding Tooltip/Passives Descriptions

Hi. I was wondering if it's possible (when you guys aren't too busy) to add descriptions to our tooltip/passive buffs someday, since they are completely blank and it would be nice to see exactly what they do. I am sure it would help a lot of new players out too, who may be confused about it all. This is from the character sheet on PS4, by the way. I'm not asking for buffs timers on screen (though that would be cool!) but just a simple description of the current buff/passive.
