I wanted to play a strictly cold weapon Redguard warrior (meaning no magic), 2 hand and a bow - while both weapon skills have some good moments you do pretty much get to feel bad when you get into dungeon crews, as you don't produce much DPS, etc, etc. > you actually need to use magic.
Not to say anyone was harsh, it really was not - but the way I see it, with all the "complexity" and things, there are barely few combinations that will make you competitive, decent player in this community.
That being said, your idea, I do like it, and it is possible - just not sure how well it's going to play out for you through out the game.
I've used a full 2H weapon bar before, they are all pretty useful skills. As was mentioned, it isn't going to do competitive dps, but it covers a lot of bases. If you go tank, you could potentially do it with sword and shield/2H and some guild skills, I'd say, especially if you get a few PvP skills like Vigor.
For mostly roleplay reasons, is it viable to make builds that does not have class abilities on ability bars?
For example; only combining guild and weapon skills?
some stam DKs used to do that
Something like Rally, executioner, WB, crit rush, camo hunter and FD for ulti.
You can combine it with focused aim, poison inject, camo hunter, silver shards, volley/bombard and meteor
Sarcasm is something too serious to be taken lightly
I was born with the wrong sign
In the wrong house
With the wrong ascendancy
I took the wrong road
That led to the wrong tendencies
I was in the wrong place at the wrong time
For the wrong reason and the wrong rhyme
On the wrong day of the wrong week
Used the wrong method with the wrong technique
