Safeboxes? issue or not an issue? Please look into it and fix, thank you^^

Then, i wanted to mention, that i haven't seen a safebox in Hew's Bane and just one or two in Tamriel, ever since i downloaded DB.

Before DB, it was not an issue. Can you please check this (respawn-timers , etc... quality of loot , etc..) and fix it very soon ?
