[BUG] Meteor not working, skills in PvP way less responsive

Both morphs only work 25% of the time, tried on 3 different characters in PvE and PVP. Harness Magicka only works about 50% when hit, skills as a whole seem much less responsive. Dev's please investigate, you took away Dawnbreaker and lessened shield duration for Sorc's/magicka classes please make our remaining choices actually work when we try to use them.     Meteor costs 200 ult even for sorcs now. The reduce ult cost passive is broken.
    Edit: didnt see the three character thing seems it might be broken if that's true.

    Happens to all my ultimates, it just doesn't pop. This needs a fix ASAP it's breaking PvP.

    Overload pops right at 64 ult, so I don't know if it's power stone issue or maybe just affecting some ults and not other either way this really is game breaking :(

    So far it seems only sorcerers got this issue.

    Dodge rolling prevents pots and ults from going off. There's also clunkiness when blocking and when weapon swapping if you're trying to get an ult off. There's also some ults behaving better than others, particularly in lag. Fun stuff.

    Mmm.... ultimates that don't work. Skills that don't work...(aka unresponsive server) nothing new for PvP just a regular day in
    Cyrodiil.

    Maybe you should reset your router and forward port 1 to 65535.

    Ultimate cost reduction would affect Templars, Sorc's and Vampires significantly.

    I've noticed not being able to weapon swap or drink a pot after roll dodging before.

    Interestingly, when ZOS first attempted to fix roll dodge not costing resources when sprint was tapped, it broke Overload and required them to hotfix and revert the changes.

      I'm fighting with this a while, way before this dlc. like one or two dlcs ago.

      it feels sometimes to me like this insane spambush stun performed by multiple opponents introduced with IC is still alive somehow. (i don't say it is, it just often feels like that and often occurs when hit by players (while having cc immunity and instant casts were being used by myself and nothing that could interrupt by the opponent)). I thought it was better with the last dlc but i still ended in a lot of situations where a was hammering on buttons and nothing was happening. some players had the same issues, some didn't.

      Not sure if this dlc made this worse, as i wasn't able to play yesterday due to the maintenance... (and pts with 200+ perma ping is not really a good reference). if that became worse now it will likely be pretty unplayable.

      I think it is this, it only happens on more expensive ults, (Bats, Meteor, etc). Cheap Ults like Overload and Crescent Sweep go off fine. I tried Meteor and every other ult I could on my Nightblade (Soul Tether, Incap strike, Veil of Blades) all of them went off fine as well since Nightblade's as a class have not ult reduction passives. Was not able to try Bats as my stamblade isn't a vamp.

      @Wrobel @ZOS_JessicaFolsom Conclusion: Ult reduction passives not working across the board. Sorc, Temp, and Vamp all not working on Ultimates more than 100. Please investigate. Thank you.

      Same stuff though, ultimates not firing when I clicked leaving me puzzled. Some minor bar swap issues.and of course potions (which I use because they are there in inventory and I like giving people my gold for mats) but saved me money on mats for more potions I guess.

      Overall I think the combat changes and whatever overhauls were made aren't bad, maybe even good.

      If the intent is to not let potion use to be on the spot whenever you need it, but instead are overidden by abilities animation in play... it's probably for the better.

      it's obvious what is happening guys...

      Cheat engine exposed a weakness in the security of the game where the client could say they have x amount of anything and the server would say SURE.

      So to fix the ultimate exploit they put in the values and costs of everything manually and thats why ultimate cost reductions arn't working. EVERYTHING is currently going off static cost. thats why I can drop a atronoch at 210 ult, not 170.

      basically they put in a fix so the server actually checks your values now... and verifies whether you have enough to cast it. BUT they didn't put any complicated equations in, didn't put in reduced cost passives or any other factors. this no doubt "will be fixed in a future incremental" lol
