Able to connect to one character, while the other comes up with a "check valid net connection" error

pretty much exactly as the topic states, i can connect to my EP Templar, but my EP Nightblade (Cylnia Forestdale is the character name) i am unable to connect despite the fact that my net is 100% stable and can obviously connect to other characters, tested it about 10 times give or take and can't seem to find the cause.

    I'm having the same problem. When the servers came back up, I was able to login to my main character in Deshaan for a minute, then I got kicked out. Now I can't get past the zone loading screen with him, but I can get online with my other two characters with no problem. One of those other two is himself in Deshaan, in the very same building.

    yeah it's a rather frustrating issue, as i recently came back for the DB DLC (can't resist seeing as it's my fav TES faction haha), and started leveling up my nightblade for that content, she's not high level or anything but still slightly annoying that i and apparently others are having a similar issue.
