Why is ZOS's communication with us always so shrouded?
I know about the thread. My point is that there is no actual information in it.
I expect too much of you people... Since my point also went over your head, I'll elaborate.
"An item-related issue introduced with this patch" for which we're "testing the fix" but will only "get a better idea of when we'll be back up" after
the fix has been tested is entirely uninformative.
I do not expect bugless patches and instant fixes, but I do expect transparent communication when there are issues. I get so frustrated when we're constantly kept in the dark on these things. ZOS clearly knows what's going on -- they identified an issue serious enough to pull the whole server down, and Jessica has given a precious few clues in her scant updates. Why on earth is it so hard to give us more information as to what's up? Am I the only one who feels this way?
