All quests in journal disappeared.

I had about 4-5 quests in my journal last time I was logged on. After logging on again from a break in real life, all my quests disappeared and I don't remembered which NPC gave me which quests or where they even are! Help. I just recently installed a map and sky shard locations mod yesterday. I tried turning those off and see if the quests go back, it still doesn't work!
