Bow Heavy Attack Bug

I over time have begun to notice an issue with bow heavy attacks where they sometimes seemingly lag behind everything else. I will charge up a fully charged heavy and release with a Poison Injection or Silver Shards and the heavy will hit the target almost a whole second or more after the skills made contact. Recently I had a DK, who I shot off of his horse, reflect the heavy attack that was used with poison injection to shoot him.

I recorded it and then spent some time with a buddy checking heavy attacks from the bow with dodge roll and you can clearly hear the attack strike the target and the combat engaging sound but the attack itself is dodged. The last part of this video you will see the dodge animation from shuffle/blur displayed as he dodges my heavy before taking damage from poison inject and dodge rolling. It appears as though the heavy attack itself is sometimes lagging behind the other attacks.

Sometimes this is beneficial for those I'm attacking other times its not when they think they are full on health and choose not to heal or buff defenses then the original heavy hits with another weave. Here's the video:

    I thought this was working as intended. Aren't there many posted builds that do a 1 sec kill by stacking these kinds of bow things?

    Well if it is working as intended then it only happens about 1/5 of the time. The rest of the time the Heavy Attack hits at the exact same time as the skill it is weaved with.

    Heavy Bow attacks have a slower velocity then all other arrows excluding Snipe. This results in the impact being delayed when firing at a distant target. The difference in velocity is most noticeable when firing on a target that is riding away from you.

    A dodge disjoints any projectiles that are currently in flight to a target, so combined with the slow velocity of the Heavy Attack can result in frustration when trying to hit a target that is actively trying to evade your shots.

    This is what I observe about arrow flight times, assuming the target is at max range.

    Poison Arrow - 0.7 sec flight time
    Volley - Instant
    Scattershot - 0.4 sec flight time
    Arrow Barrage - Instant
    Snipe - 3 sec flight time
    Light Attack - 0.9 sec flight time
    Heavy Attack - 1.2 sec flight time

    In my opinion, dodgeroll should not disjoint projectiles, and instead provide invulnerability frames during the dodgeroll itself ala Dark Souls or Monster Hunter.

    This one does not advocate for any class to be nerfed. There are far deeper underlying issues then a simple "Class Imbalance". The Champion System is the problem. Not classes.
