Best Race for Templar Support (Utility/Buffs)?

I cannot decide between Imperial and Dunmer for a good Templar support. I understand that if I was to go full healer, Breton or Altmer would make the best choices, but what if I wanted to take a more tanky and utility approach? If you have any other races in mind please speak your mind!

I would still say Altmer. I have an Altmer and a Dunmer healer, both good for different reasons. My dunmer is vamp, so the less fire ouchie passives are good for her, but the mana pool and sutain is a wee bit better on my altmer. Both use a combo of heavy and light armor. They are healers, but I tend to go more sustain and build them like a Paladin. I can have 10 people beating on me and be ok much longer than my 7 light armor counter parts. No matter what, you're going to likely be magicka focused so stick with a magicka race. To really up your debuff though, toos some champ pts into Befoul to make those dark flares hit harder.
DC NA - Norri - Khole RIP - [Mostly Outnumbered]** I have too many toons **RIP every alt I deleted - where am I? what year is it?

That's nice to know! And what if I wanted more of a support with utility rather than heals and Magicka DPS? Just an overall tanky support with good survivability?

You can't really make a useful build around 'utility'. Buffs and debuffs tend to last for a while and recasting doesn't do anything other than refresh them. Of course, you can help with other's sustain(magicka and stamina, keep them being able to use abilities and block) but if that's the only thing you're going to do you are nothing but a waste of a party slot.

Good race for magicka and stamina build.
    Any order.
1)Bosmer= max stamina regen and sneak bonus( Very useful in PvP)
2)Imperial = light/ heavy attacks as x% to regain health.
3)Argonian = potions effects gives you a boost.

All these races listed above have good utility for a templar.

Redguard is only good as a stamina user not both likewise Breton for magicka.

Note: this is not a hybrid build but if you want to switch stamina to magicka or vise versa.

Breton. S&B+resto+ optionally destro. Can do any role pretty efficent and can mix roles. The point is to change armor.
So Light base armor (7l or 5l+1h+1m or 5L+2h) + resto\destro - heal\DPS support option (ispessially with pulsar morph).
In heavy base armor (5h+1l+1m) + S&b\resto - tank option or battle healer for PvP.
    Full magika build.

I have such breton and when i use grouping tool for dungeons all role buttons are pressed )
