When i minimize ESO with alt+tab my GPU and CPU fans goes insane like they are under heavy load when i maximize and return to game my pc goes silent shouldn't be vice versa ?

Have you limited your FPS at all? This has stopped my GPU from melting into my desk. I have limited it to 60 fps.
