Is it deliberate for a enchantment green, blue, purple and yellow to not show up the color it is on a item so I/we know what grade it is? Or is it a bug they haven't fixed? I would like to have this, I forget things. At least write Legendary and so on under the enchantment in ( these )....

✭✭✭✭✭Once applied, the only way to tell what the Enchantment is to know the value and how that scales across the different Aspects. So, not a bug, but working as intended.
The only way I know to see if you can improve the enchantment is to que one up at the table and see if the value is going to be better than what is already applied.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

...and don't forget that certain armor pieces don't give the full value for the enchantment.
Wasting a kuta on crafting a legendary glyph, only to find out you will only gain like 20 magicka, instead of the 500 that you thought you would get.
Priceless.
