Healing buff question

I noticed certain abilitys/sets have passives that increase either healing taken or healing recieved. Ive also seen other buffs that come out to the same thing but are worded differently, I think "healing done" is another one.

So my question is, is there a difference between any of these passives? Specifically when it comes to self healing. For example if I invest in quick recovery under the warrior constellation (which says "increased healing recieved") does this increase healing from self targeted abilities like vigor and rally? Or does this only increase healing recieved from other players?

Increased healing received will improve the effects of any heal targeted at you, even self cast heals like vigor/rally.

Increased healing done will improve the effects of any heal you use, even those you use on yourself.

The two do stack, and can significantly boost the effects of self heals when used together.
