No, this is just a funny thing I've found.
Like what most people find in video games. Whether it's a coincidence or a reference, it's still somewhat entertaining. I personally thought it was a hilarious reference to something I enjoyed myself. So, I shared it on the forums.

Not necessarily. There was a feature in Mass Effect 2 or 3, can't remember which off the top of my head, that the developers called an Easter egg. It involved the Kinect system. If you say "Boomstick", Shepard pulls out a shotgun. This was a direct reference to the Evil Dead series, which everyone would get had they seen the movie. So an Easter Egg doesn't always have to be something that everyone gets, besides how would that even be possible. I think this thread immediately migrated to what an Easter egg is as opposed to this particular "Easter egg" though I think the visuals and name similarities lean this one to the Kimmy Schmidt one. There would need to be dialog to tie it to Shakespeare. Or it could all be coincidence. I did run into a character named Reezal Jhul, which sounds an awful lot like Ras' al Ghul.
