I have three V16 characters with 477 CP, normally i do only Wrothgar Daily and Undaunted.

So far Wrothgar daily is dropping poor gear 80%, undaunted is okay:

My NB Breton V16 is an excellent DPS but unfortunately, I am unable to do undaunted Veteran due to Activity Finder long / incorrect queue times.

My Healer V16 is always getting group in few minutes but DPS is becoming a mess.

Any tips as i want to do damage as well as tanking.

I will be wearing 5 heavy and 2 light.

5 piece : Mark of the Pariah Set

Willpower Jewelry with Health Enchancement

what set i should cover remaining four items (2 armor piece, shield and dagger)

how should i allocate my Attribute points?

Here is a rough guide of a solid NB saptank build. You can use this for dungeons or trials, even pvp if you wish. There are better alternatives for pvp and for trials tanking, however, but since you are asking specifically for a dungeon build, here is what I recommend (note: customized specifically for a Breton NB. There are minor tweaks I would make for any other race):

    Attributes
Most of your points will go into magicka, because this is a hybrid setup. The goal with this build is to maximize mitigation values, but still have enough SD and magicka to have strong self-heals and low to moderate damage potential. My allocation is something like:
    44 Magicka
    20 Health

    Gear
5 Footman (3 jewelry, 2 minor gear pieces)
5 Bahraha's Curse (any combination of gear, weapons/shields)
2 of your choice (I recommend Hist Bark for physical resistance, or a 2set that offers health or magicka)
Aim to have a total health pool of at least 26-27k, including food buffs and armor glyphs. Health glyphs and Prismatic Defense glyphs are good choices, otherwise use magicka glyphs to supplement your damage.
I recommend some combination of reduced cost (blocking, stamina, or magicka, according to your preference) and spell damage glyphs for jewelry.
In the DB update, consider using the new Decisive trait (ultimate gain) for weapons.

Champion Points (note: changing quite a bit in the DB update)
    75 Block Expert
    ~20-30 Quick Recovery
The rest into Hardy, Thick Skinned, and Elemental Defender, in a 2/1/1 ratio. Example: 40 Hardy, 20 Thick Skinned, 20 Elemental Defender.
As a Breton, the inherent spell resistance helps to offset the need for additional spell mitigation. As such, I personally choose to underweight Elemental Defender and overweight Hardy. You can do whatever feels comfortable to you, including taking points out of Quick Recovery (which most people would not put points into, and certainly not as many as I do).

    Skills
Bar 1: Pierce Armor, Double Take, Defensive Stance, Swallow Soul, Siphoning Attacks, Agg. War Horn
Bar 2: Inner Fire, Sap Essence, Deep Slash, Swallow Soul, <optional>, Soul Harvest

Soul Harvest is on your aoe bar so that as you help mow down trash, it generates your ultimate more quickly, so that on boss fights you are prepared with a War Horn for your group.

The optional skill on your aoe bar is situational. I usually use Siphoning Attacks here as well, for the passive healing for being slotted and the convenience of not switching bars every 10s. Sometimes I use Concealed Weapon or Twisting Path to proc Major Ward/Resolve, but it's not really necessary for most content. The Shadow passives are mostly beneficial for trials bosses.

This build does not afford a great deal of damage potential. On single-target fights, you can expect low dps values. For aoe fights, you're going to see pretty good numbers. However, with this build, if you master light attack weaving and block cancelling while tanking, you are very rarely going to need a healer. What this means is that it opens your healer up to dps, which is imho a better option than having a dps/tank. In many cases, healers are already building their gear, attribute and CP allocations in a manner that coincides with optimal dps allocations anyway, and it's just a matter of swapping skills to crank out good dps.
