Hello people.
The vampire's kiss set is a set I tested lately in pvp but my two cents about it is that the 5th set bonus healing it provides should not be halved in Cyrodiil. 2400 health dot heal which only gets refreshed if another person is killed is not quite worth it in regards to other sets specially when you have to secure the kill.
