Huge latency peaks and crashes after today's maintenance

Hi,
Since this mornings EU server maintenance my game became very instable. Latency rate goes from <70 to over 9k, with a crash as result of it.
My fps is normal (70-80).
Am I the only one experiencing this?
Is there anything i can do about it?
