Is it normal that 2 player have same quest every single day at wrothgar for past 5 month? first week i was okay, one hell o rng, but after 5 months, it still continues, every single day, same daily world boss quest.

That's how it is set up....you can do ALL the wb quest once a day PER character. Just have someone else share a different one and you can now do that one (after turning in yours for completion) Getting the same one as YOUR daily quest really doesn't mean anything lol

nah doing the bosses is fine, got them all quests on my alts just in case if need, question is, is this normal RNG or some broken rng?

As an unlucky VMA farmer, I'd say that this is another case of broken as *** RNG.

I don't know about world bosses, but delves are on a cycle. It's random which phase of the cycle your character is assigned to, but that phase does stick. I have two characters who are on the same phase, so they always get the same delve quest every day.

Correct. The only RNG is what phase of the cycle your character is assigned to. Just one roll of RNG, and it's completely deterministic after that.

I do the delves around the same time everyday and I get different ones on my character but it usually revolves around the same 4... I usually get breakfast for the bizarre
