Game request: Regarding White-Gold Tower and Imperial City Prison.

These two dungeons are somewhat more challenging than most dungeons. Many Veteran players would flat out refuse to even attempt them with anyone below VR1. This results in half of the groups disbanding before the dungeon even starts. Very frustrating when you've just been waiting in the dungeon queue for over an hour. My humble request would be to remove them both from the random dungeon finder. This is most important for low level players who just want to do the occasional dungeon, but I would say that anyone who actually needs to do these dungeons can still queue for them specifically, to complete their pledges anyway and I'm guessing this is the easiest approach from a developer's perspective.
