PVP laggyness and broken fear...

I get feared about 1s into this video causing me to lose control of my character, however it's not until about 8s in that the fear animation displays, then I try repeatedly to break free. Eventually succeeding, however causing me to break free multiple times and use up all my stamina. This is ridiculous...

Looks like someone is butt hurt from getting killed. This video has no ganking in it, and skills used mean nothing when you cannot break fear spam because of lag. Don't need stealth to kill players just a functioning game.

I ve been told it's simply bugged. And it's bugged for all hard CCs not only for fear. You have it in large scale battles as well as in 1v1 in open field. There seems to be a way to increase the possibility.

It's CC that's broken, not specific skills. This has been the case for ages, never got any real confirmation and probably won't get fixed anytime soon.
