Razum Dar Still Bugged after TWO YEARS!

I remember well my second character back in April 2014 got the main AD quest bugged the moment he got off the boat .. and two years later my latest character HAS HIT THE SAME BUG.
Razum Dar's dialog line "Wet One" sounds and a quest marker appears on the radar but when my character gets there the cat's missing .. and just as in April 2014 her main zone and AD quest is bugged right from the start.
I really can't believe that after two years ZOS haven't bothered to fix it, it's pitiful .. but then they haven't fixed the facile "An Error Occurred" message either so I guess it's simply one of the many such bugs they've not bothered with.

maybe he is hiding from you. all my chard are AD and I never had an issue finding Razum Dar0 -

First time I heard of it, like others said.Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.
Meet my characters:Command: Do the thing.
Zadarri, Khajiit Fist of Thalmor: The thing was done, as commanded.
Durza gra-Maghul, Orc blacksmith: The thing was done perfectly, in the most efficient way.
Tegwen, Bosmer troublemaker: You can't prove I didn't do the thing.
Sings-Many-Songs, Argonian fisher: Sure, I'll do the thing... Eventually. Maybe.
Aerindel, Altmer stormcaller: After extensive research, I've come to the conclusion that doing the thing would be a waste of resources.
Liliel, Dunmer pyromancer: Aerindel said I shouldn't do the thing. Something about "resources".
Gyda Snowcaller, Nord cryomancer: I will find a way to do it that won't waste resources and make Aerindel proud of me.
Beatrice Leoriane, Breton vampire: I persuaded someone else into doing the thing. You are welcome, dear.
Sahima, Redguard performer: Doing the thing sounds awfully unpleasant and really not my problem.

✭✭✭✭✭I have had an instance where Razum Dar was not immediately there at the front gate like expected, but I did find him farther into the camp, about the area you talk to him next normally. But he was there, just not where I expected him to be.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

Necrelios✭✭✭✭✭Some quest indicators are just a general suggestion of where you are supposed to search to find the quest NPC, and not an exact location since it just triggers an encounter boundary which is supposed to run a script that spawns the NPC nearby. If he doesn't show up somewhere around that spot try logging out and back in.
