Weapon effects are still bugged, any plan to fix them?

I know it's not a priority fix but it's still irritating nonetheless, this is what I'm talking about:
I think this effects other abilities to, namely Rally, Siphoning Attacks and Merciless Resolve? Any fix in the works @ZOS_GinaBruno ?
