why is the performance still so ***. i keep logging in every 5 days or so to keep looking if something has changed. i dont pay attention to patches and server mantainences anymore because they dont seem to change anything and only bring more items to the crown shop. i withdraw my eso plus. playing in cities is like 10- 20 fps now max. looks like a slideshow. i cant get over myslef to play it in this state
