You can't read correctly can you? " Restore health to target if at least one debuff is removed" This literally does not say this was reduced to only one person. I think the max people affect is around 6 with 18 meters.

Ok, an example: my group 6+ people have debuffs, all people closer then 18 meters on me, im using PURGE and one random people receives purification debuffs and healing, all other dont have purification and healing. That is not yet understood?
Skill is not working as it should - fact.
