Guild Tabbard: not for -10 people Guilds - Not fair?

So, I seen a few VERY small Guilds, and these cannot have a tabbard.
Now, IMHO, one should be able to get a Guild tabbard from it's creation on, NO, NOT THE BANK, traders, whatnot, but tabbard.
In the end, these represent your Guild, and are a form of expression and advertising.

Thoughts?

Small guilds have been left out of the perks of guild membership . I understand the complaint .

I'm not speaking of perks or so, just that piece of cloth.
I can understand you "need to deserve" (how silly, "deserving" something through recruiting? through member amount?) the bank, perks, whatnot, but the tabbard?

Guilds shouldn't even be able to claim keeps in cryodil unless there are 100 people in them. I hate it when some random who showed up at the end a fight claims a keep and there's NOTHING in that guild store. They should do the same things with guild traders. Should have to have 350 members to even bid. Because many of the larger guilds will make small 50 man guilds and buy to competition locations to people are FORCED to go to their main store.

Very nice to react, brother, but I do not see the logic there?
Why shouldn't some small clan be able to claim a keep?
It's not fair when you've been battling like the proverbial 2 dogs for a bone, whilst the third runs away with it.
But hey, that's what humans do.
That, however, should not be a reason to change it so that only large Guilds can claim whatever.

I want to be able own a tabard with 1 man guild.
All guilds got ugly tabards or stupid names...

Completely agree.
I formed my own little one man guild to keep an old guild name from other games alive, I have 3 friends from said guild who have come over to ESO and would love to have a guild tabard for our little band of adventurers.
Sadly cant see it happening and yes I would cough up cash for the ability to do it.

For some of us its a role play thing, not important in the grand scheme, but it would be nice.

I wonder if it's to prevent trolling of other guilds by one guy running off and copying their tabard?

Maybe far-fetched, but someone could put on a tabard and try to pull a "hey, I'm with you guys!" move.

Most games are rigged so that there cannot be two of the same Tabards, you can get close but they are never the same.
As long as there are plenty of choices in design (EQ2 had shed loads) its not a problem.
