You say you want Templars to have their own house. And you say it will be bad for any enemies that come into a Templars house. How will it be bad for an enemy when Sorcerers can just cast daedreic mines and blow up our house? Sorcerer house is a stronger house than our Templars house and the damage output of daedric mines is WAY stronger than the DB updated purifying ritual AOE damage. It also procs Fasallas guile making our healing trash so no one will use it now...massive nerf.1 -

Sweeps/Jabs already procs it, same with Dark Flare (since it deals small AoE dmg for heal debuff).
