Suggestion for reworking trial loot

I am working hard on getting through the new trial which to my knowledge only one guild has finished on v16 weeks after it got introduced. The first boss can only be managed with excellent DPS so I am afraid that before long it will be very hard to find other players to run this trial on v16 because of frustration. On normal it is a bloody joke. If running it on v5 for example, you might do it, but the loot will be crappy.
My suggestion here is to fix the loot to the maximum of trial level and character level anyway, but reduce the chance for getting one of the new set items considerably for running it nominally under your level. So the result would be that you could manage the trial for motivation on that lower level but still keep a slim chance of getting set items of your level. You could increase the difficulty of the trials gradually without giving up too much chance on good loot. There wouldn't be any need to nerf the trial like ICP or WGT and you could keep the overall difficulty without demotivating 99% of the player base.
