Battle lvl Mounts in Cyrodiil Plz

We have are Stats and Skill Battle leveled, why not Battle level Mount speed?
As a new player comes into Cyrodiil there mount speed is really low and it's very hard for them to keep up with the raid/group they are running with.
Could there be a way to program our mounts speed to max while in Cyrodiil?

✭Just upgrade your horse like everyone else? If you want a shortcut, you can purchase in Crown Store.
But yes, it is tedious with the horse simulation. And i would not be against everyone getting max speed mounts in cyrodiil.PC - EU
