Is it against tos to have more then 1 account?

My main account is suspended and (after 4 tickets sent whit no response) i am still puzzled as to why .. guild m8 tolled me that it was because i was sending gold/mats to my 2'nd account (both of which are in my name) ... so is this true? are u not allowed to have more then 1 account??
It's been 2 days already and no response from support , i would call them but it seems that getting a hold of their support number is virtually impossible (oh yes .. i looked)

    No, you are allowed as many accounts as you would like. The game is B2P and nothing in TOS says you cannot own more than 1 account. I know several people who own multiple accounts for various reasons.

    If you were banned/suspended, typically they send you and email letting you know why. You can appeal these decision, however I don't know how long that process typically takes.

    I would be shocked if you could not have more than one account in one name.

    I was thinking about a second account for my daughter so we could play together, this would negate that possibility, because I am certainly not getting her a credit card at her age.

    I did not get 1 email from them ....
    I did not wrote down the ticket numbers i originally did whit my main account because i couldn't log in .. so i will leave the ticket number that i did whit this account in which i explained that i cannot access my main account and hope someone notices it...

    2 days is too short for support. I got a response in 9-10 days or something like that when it was no longer needed.
    No more levels and skills, only degradation!

    It clearly states that they will answer the thicket in 1 business day .. i really doubt it takes 10 days for 1 support to solve your problem.
    Anyway it's day 3 for me and still no response so .. will see!

    Did you get an email at all explaining why? I dont see why they would care if you had two accounts. That means you bought two boxes at minimum.

    My partner has two accounts, no problem. She uses the same game installation for both. just switch account name at signin.
