Scale more sets to max level! and ofcourse, the trials.. the Endgame..

there is SO MANY sets in ESO.. hundreds!! while about 15-20% of them are only available at max level...
scale all sets in-game to max levels, promote diversity!! i am sick of willpower julianos for magic and agility hunding rage for stamina classes!
there is so many sets unscaled sets and they all would improve ESO gameplay..
Also, the whole idea of IC jewelry (endurance,willpower and agility) is not right. these IC jewelry stats are too strong to replace with any jewelry is being released since Orsinium and further:
either nerf the IC jewelry to match to the rest of Jewelry: e.g. instead willpower give 1400 magicka, to give 866(?) and instead 186 SD to give 129(?) as the rest of jewelry ingame
OR include the IC jewelry into a 5 pieces set
OR buff all the sets ingame (raise the low cap?) to match that of IC jewelry levels (e.g. the 2nd armor piece that gives 129 spell damage, to give 186 spell damage, as much as willpower)
since raising the level cap from v12 to v14, a ***-ton of sets deemed useless! ( warlock, sunsilk )
and with the raise from v14 to v16 tens of sets became useless aswell ( way of air, adroitness, martial knowledge )
since the release of IC jewelry, every new set which includes jewelry is basically useless because its stats does not match of IC's jewelry
every single DLC i look on the new jewelry sets and say to myself while looking at my Willpower Jewelry.. "this set is basically useless, ZOS effort of making new set gone for nothing"
And since Sanctum Ophidia has been scaled to max level, why Hel Ra Citadel did not? or Aetherian Archives? or Dragonstar Arena?
make a proper endgame PvE !! i enter Aetherian Archives and dont bother looking what X boss gave me after defeating it with my group? because everything in that trial goes under the category "useless".. At least make the loot of those trials to match the max level

also, as we're seeing every DLC is bringing new sets with Jewelry now, DO SOMETHING to match their stats to that of IC Jewelry! and no, i am not suggesting a 3 pieces jewelry sets! 5 pieces all set which includes jewelry.
for example, i would like to have winterborn+julianos, but if i do so, i lag behind in overall stats wise because of IC jewelry.. Willpower...
