Seriously, though. Can we make all of these guys (rats, centipedes, spiders, etc.) be harvestable instead of targetable (like wasps, butterflies, torchbugs, etc.)? They love to wander into my targeting area right at the most inopportune times and it gets rather annoying.

It's very annoying trying to tank a boss in the middle of a huge group of mobs, I keep hitting the taunt on the wrong mobs, or a rat jumps in front as I'm using inner fire.

I completely agree! There has been so many times this has happened to me and it's seriously annoying. Usually goes like this: Oh no my friend is in a bit of trouble over there, I'll save you! *Critical Rush* *Flies past dying friend and attacking enemies and obliterates a rat* Umm yes, thank you game, I clearly wanted to attack that innocent creature with this move in this situation...
Happens with pounce in werewolf form too I want to jump right into a group of enemies ahead, but no the game wants me to stomp a centipede in the distance

If I'm not mistaken, they were, but were removed as one of the first attempts at fixing lag.

This is why I check the surrounding area before I engage the boss. If it's just a large cluster of non-bosses I probably won't need my ultimate. It is agreed though that things getting in the way is super annoying but alas whuddyagunnado?

the thing is that many times the critters a far away from the reticle and still they get targeted.Is like if they a this huge hit box.Its annoying as hell.

Tab select your priority target prior to attacking.

Yes, please make them harvestable! They could even do this like with fish, where you can just pick up a rat and carry around a stack of rats in your pocket until you decide to open them up and collect the guts later on. This would be far better than having them targetable with how the targeting system currently works. They could even add a quick little "rat snatching" animation with a small net which would be kinda fun.

I have soul assaulted a rat. I have meteored a spider. Tab-targeting is your friend. At least the meteor leaves behind an AOE.

It's the mostest grandest of awesomest moments when you dodge roll, swing the camera around for the teleport strike, find yourself at the edge of the wall, and as the sound of a dying rat fills your ears you realize what has happened... The mob hammers you with wrecking blow, knocking you off.

Death recap - wrecking blow 3500, fall damage 12000.

The icing on the cake is the "Helpful" Hint: Watch your step.

Launch two snipes in a row from Sneak, first one hits a rat that I didn't see nor did my cursor highlight... Second hits the right mob, but I lost the sneak bonus damage and the opening stun.

This happens to me a lot. Ill be targeting a Draugr in front of me and suddenly a rat behind me will die.

It would be nice if there were some kind of target preference you could toggle. We've all made this mistake, and even in the fog of war it seems silly that you'd unload your best skills at a rat behind your mark, when you're aiming for the chest of a huge minotaur in your face. This is just an auto-target flaw.

Fish bait. The small spiders are great sources for crawlers, rats are great sources for guts. Many people have built a fortune selling perfect roe by first harvesting guts and crawlers from rats and spiders.

Only if they also have a chance to breed while inside your pack.
