Qued Style PvP, 3v3, 12v12....

I can't believe there has not been any mention of qued arena style combat? I really hate playing in lag zerg cyrodill but I love the mechanics of pvp. I don't understand why they can't add some sort of qued 20 v 20, 6v6 or 3v3 combat. Deathmatch, Capture the objective, siege attack/defense. All of this would be so much better in a controlled situation instead of open world. It would be way more fun and way less lag.
