- Thaumaturge: Fixed an issue where this Champion ability was increasing the damage of various non-damage over time effects, such as Daedric Curse or Magicka Detonation.
I was always under the impression the game considered velocious curse to be a dot, which was the reason I thought it didn't proc surge heals. Now that it's been confirmed that the game shouldn't be treating curse as a dot could it please be changed to proc surge heals? Please? Or is there another reason curse doesn't proc surge heals?
Blood Magic is a Dark Magic passive and doesn't apply to daedric summoning skills, so there would be no doubling up of heals (like there is with frags). I was content with the explanation that curse was a dot, and dots don't proc surge heals, but now that's out the window I have no explanation to placate my frustration with this mechanic. Anyone shed some light, or provide solidarity?
And while we're at it; can mines proc surge heals too please?
