So now that Wrecking Blow's effects got split up between the two morphs and Power Bash had its stun removed, the only universally-accessible stun is Shield Charge, which has a minimum range. Obviously you could just use Dizzying Swing, but then what are you going to do in Trials? Respec every single time you switch from PvP to PvE? There is now an atrocious disparity between stamina CC options and magicka CC options.

    Is there some kind of CC combination there that I'm unaware of? Or do you just suggest trying to pump out so much DPS that CC becomes irrelevant?
