The occasional crash has always been part of gaming but I think we can agree that since TG crashes have spread beyond a couple a night in PvP to be multiples in PvP and also in PvE.
Any vaguely competent person has already rebooted, rebooted routers, changed drives and otherwise followed the generic advice offered in your help area - the rest will have delved into your articles and done the more complex stuff.
Essentially we know this is a game/client issue not something to do with ISP, PC, local drivers or other smokescreens to try and delay us.
I have submitted many many reports on this. I'm sure others have too.
So what I would like to know is:
Do you have any realistic plans to fix this? In less than, say, 6 months?
Or is the whole game just a chance for the backers of ZOS to cream as much cash as possible to replace what they spent in the dev cycles before a sudden close of the servers?
In short my worry is that I will keep subbing and buying crowns only to find a post saying that the game is being closed in 2 weeks so tough luck.... where is the work on key fixes, where is the investment and where is the plan for the future?
