I prefer Illustrious Healing, its basically a 25% healing buff (going from 3 to 4 seconds).

The magicka return from Springs isnt that great because you're usually healing 3 to 4 people.

I prefer Illustrious, as it provides more healing per cast and I'm used to maintaining my magic without the cost reduction Springs provides. The longer duration also feeds into a nice rotation with the Restoration Channel heavy, allowing you to regen magic while maintaining good outgoing healing to the group.

Healing Springs is superior because of its sustain, however it's not needed if the dps in my group are good then I use Combat Prayer instead.
