    Honestly, they've implicitly say a lot of time that housing will come later, probably for the last quarter of the year. Barbershop was waited for DB (but will finally not be here, ZOS don't promise anything), but not housing.

    When we expect something that wasn't promised, we set ourselves up for disappointment.
    Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.

    Meet my characters:
    Command: Do the thing.

    Zadarri, Khajiit Fist of Thalmor: The thing was done, as commanded.
    Durza gra-Maghul, Orc blacksmith: The thing was done perfectly, in the most efficient way.
    Tegwen, Bosmer troublemaker: You can't prove I didn't do the thing.
    Sings-Many-Songs, Argonian fisher: Sure, I'll do the thing... Eventually. Maybe.
    Aerindel, Altmer stormcaller: After extensive research, I've come to the conclusion that doing the thing would be a waste of resources.
    Liliel, Dunmer pyromancer: Aerindel said I shouldn't do the thing. Something about "resources".
    Gyda Snowcaller, Nord cryomancer: I will find a way to do it that won't waste resources and make Aerindel proud of me.
    Beatrice Leoriane, Breton vampire: I persuaded someone else into doing the thing. You are welcome, dear.
    Sahima, Redguard performer: Doing the thing sounds awfully unpleasant and really not my problem.
    Ellaria Valerius, Imperial priestess: I'll pray to the Eight for the thing to be done, if it is Their will.

    Irrelevant topic isnt this the General Discussion thread oh yea it is so looks like everything is relevant. I was merely hoping for housing and read the notes for DB and noticed there was no housing involved so I commented.

    However, housing is planned for this year at some point, likely DLC 3 of this year. I say this because it was mentioned that DLC will not have a big new area by the composer of the game. It was also in the year ahead article to be coming this year.

    But with this patch we are getting

    Dark Brotherhood
    Gold Coast of Cyrodiil
    Lots of stamina changes

    And let us not forget the removal of Veteran Ranks, which will fundamentally change a lot of the base game, including probably every single item in the game, every set after lvl 50, every crafting material, recipes etc so there would logistically be no room for housing in this DLC.

    You inferred the sarcasm, it wasn't even there. Being blunt is saying they never said housing was coming with DB, not even a little bit. Which is entirely factual. This is why you yourself admitted to hoping it would be coming sooner, because you didn't realize they were very, very clear that it would be coming later and not earlier this year.

    Why not just post this fist smh, this is a very good and respectful responce. BTW thanks for the info this post was very usefull. I dont follow every minute and post from this forum and only log in every once in a while mainly bc nerds on these forums are snotty and its not just this game forum but pretty much all of them.

    You would have known all of that info if you'd just keep up with the news posted on this forum, but you don't because "nerds on these forums are snotty". Is that the only word you know to describe a response which doesn't placate your need to be coddled 100%? Just curious.
