What happens to the VR costumes?

Like the title says, I'm wondering if we will be able to obtain the VR costumes (golden saint, dark seducer ect.).
I never lvled one character to VR16 (to many rerolls, to little time) But I still want to earn these costumes some day.
Does anyone have an idea of how this will probably work? Or should I start grinding to vr16 just for these costumes asap.
