How will dungeons/trials be scaled with the removal of veteran ranks?
Also, how will players be distinguished since ranks are being removed (icons, CP rank?, etc)?

Can you compare the amount of content and landmass size in Dark Brotherhood DLC with past DLCs? Is it more or less than Thieves Guild/Orsinium, etc.?

Are there going to be any new group dungeons for the Dark Brotherhood DLC?

Are the other trials in Craglorn besides SO going to be scaled for this DLC and if not will they be eventually (and estimate on when)?

How extensive are the balance updates/changes for the stamina skill lines, abilities, CPs (also vampire as well) ?

Any teasers for what's in the pipeline for the rest of the year? I'm personally interested in housing and *hopefully* the ability to dye costumes (I still haven't bought a single costume yet and this is the sole reason why; I want to costumize them!).

Will there be anything for Spell casters to use this dlc? Perhaps a mana oil on the weapon...

On internal testing of how geared players are being used to test the viability of trial difficulties... what are you using? how is this process covered?

Creating an ESO Trial for @ZOS_Finn.

What is your ultimate plan for Trials in ESO? Would you like all Trials to have a "Difficulty Scaler" where you can input your CP level (or that of your group) and it would scale to that difficulty? This would allow for really strong 501 CP gear to drop if you are able to complete that content. If not the case, how do you intend to make Trials playable from implementation for many DLCs ahead?

I saw you can cut someone's throat with a dagger. Can I impale someone through the back with my greatsword in this DLC?

Can I get my 15% stamina regen back for being a werewolf? Last I checked vampires still get their damage reduction while low on health regardless of whether or not they have an ability slotted.

I have a question for the Open Q&A.

It's been announced that three dungeons will be "rebalanced", that is to say, nerfed, in order not to constitute such a large "roadblock". Two of these dungeons - vWGT and vICP - have a normal version with exactly the same boss fights, but already easier. And all of them can be completed by any decently-geared group that takes the time to learn the mechanics. So my question is: what message are you trying to give to the players, that they shouldn't care about their gear? That they shouldn't care about doing the boss fight mechanics? That everyone, no matter how poorly they play their character, is entitled to finish veteran dungeons, even those that have exactly equivalent normal versions?

What is mentioned in the Sneak Peek about the DB DLC looks great

Please further info on:

1. When will we get a briefing on the Vet removal and the basic consequences for armor sets etc ?
2. Will we get endgame upgrades for more old armor sets ?
3. Will the other trials also be scaled up ? Perhaps one old trial per quarter ?
4. Will we get new Pledges/Monster sets ?
5. Heavy Armor balancing buff ? (I consider that balanced once between 20-40% of the 300+ CP players in PVP have 5+ HA)
6. ETA racial update and racial change: Q3, Q4 or later?
7. ETA barber shop: Q3, Q4 or later?

What factors do you consider when deciding to scale down the difficulty of 4-man dungeons like Veteran City of Ash?

Dark Brotherhood:
--How did the Shadowscales and Dark Brotherhood end up so closely associated with one another?
--What does the Brotherhood do if they get a contract that is unfulfillable? Say Crazy Joe Townsperson wants to put a hit out on someone who never existed?
--What about if Person A puts a contract on Person B, but Person B dies of unrelated circumstances before the Dark Brother or Sister can do the job? Does the Brotherhood just claim credit? Do they give refunds? My understanding is that Sithis demands a death for each contract...
--Is it possible to put out pre-emptive contracts? Could I put a contract out on anyone who tries to put a contract on me?

Very excited about Dark Brotherhood DLC and loved the recent change to allow characters with maxed crafting passives to find V16 mats in any of the scaled zones like Cyrodiil, Wrothgar, etc.

However, I noticed that in Cyrodiil, although we can obtain rubedite ore, ancestor silk, ruby ash and V16 potency runes easily, unfortunately none of the mobs drop Rubedo Leather Scraps yet. The mobs in Cyrodiil still only drop Shadowhide Scraps.

I understand there are some possible changes in the works for crafting node scaling, but do you have any plans for Rubedo Leather scraps to begin dropping from Cyrodiil mobs?

You got champion points while leveling those characters, and those aren't being taken away. The gear will be CP-tiered, so your VR16 gear will be converted to a CP equivalent and will still be more powerful than lower level gear. Don't really understand the need for compensation here...

How big is the Gold Coast in Dark Brotherhood and are there other quests in the zone other than those tied to the Dark Brotherhood?

Is there so balance/improvments coming to Heavy Armor and by extension Tanks? As it stands now with damage and CP meta as it is you are better off sometimes with the other sets. Tanks have it hard in the meta, some love would be welcomed.

PS. Can we have another taunt or 2 options?

Khajiit must know -

Do the Dark Brotherhood have any special interest in fishing or special fishing equipment? Surely all their experience with dispatching humans and elves must also have some practical applications in the catching of the fish.

Is the fishing good in the areas in which they operate?

Can we use poisons to help catch the fish? It is a real thing to use certain plant toxins to stun fish so they float to the surface of the water and khajiit thinks she would like to try this if only she knew how.

Any interesting recipes in the works? With Orsinium we got max health plus regen food. Max stamina +regen would be awesome! 

Alchemy seems kind of abandoned, but the Clever Alchemist set gives me hope. Any potion-based gear or new reagents/potions in the mix? (Side note: what kind of damage does ravage health cause and can it crit? I've been wondering if I could pair my alchemist gear with that fury set and induce those weapons damage boosts by critting myself on that poison. That'd be swell)


Will we be finally getting new mats?

I think one of the keys to balancing Stamina is adding Stamina based Ultimates to the different weapons skill lines. Without them, my ultimates hit for only slightly more than a light attack.

In what ways will the Dark Brotherhood DLC leverage the Justice System? Will we see new things similar to the Thieves Guild's Heists?

ESO Storytelling:

How do you go about managing such a large NPC cast in the game, give them enough screen time to make them memorable/interesting? Are we going to see familiar faces in the upcoming DLC? Will we ever see something as a more persistent 'core' NPC cast as we had in the main story of vanilla?

How does battle-leveling DLC impact what you can do with characters (for example Orsinium, where we saw familiar faces return but new players might see the same characters for the first time, if they went straight to the DLC)? Do you write different lines depending on earlier encounters with NPCs or do you go for a 'neutral' approach?

How do you go about giving players a choice (with consequence) in story progression, while in a persistent online multiplayer world?

What 'tools' did the engineers give you since launch that really helped you enhance the way you can tell/convey stories? Did anything change in that respect?

- Nords are followers of Kyne, we all know that, and I personally love how it is. But... How do they worship her? I mean, the Dunmer pray to the Tribunal in front of small statues, and things like that. Is there any special way to worship Kyne? Could you say one or two prays that the Nords would do to Kyne? (Yes, I saw when you did it in ESO Live and loved it, but more like... for RP).
- Lore says that the trees around Kynesgrove are sacred, but to what point? Like... How far from Kynesgrove would a tree stop being sacred to Kyne? You shouldn't harm those trees, right?
- Do non Pact races have to run through a test or something to join the Ebonheart Pact? We see an Orc in the Pact sewers, but to what point can they join? Because they can perfectly be Dominion or Covenant spies.
- In game we see that as you advance in PvP you've Imperial named ranks, no matter your alliance, also there are a few NPCs in the lands that have those ranks too (Like a Centurion in Riften). Why does the Ebonheart Pact have Imperial ranks rather than more sounding "Pactish" ranks?
- Are there any references in where someone could learn Dovahzul without being a Dragonborn and all that?
- I roleplay a Pact Legate and Pact guard, but sometimes we have many troubles with criminals, because they say that what they did is not a crime. Could you mention a few criminal activities appart from murder and thievery that are an actual crime in Pact lands? For example, necromancy, vampirism, lycanthropy... Also, even if the Pact is an alliance between three lands, the laws of those lands are still there, right? If for example necromancy is illegal in Skyrim, a Dunmer makes necromancy in Skyrim, she's doing a crime, as it is illegal in those lands.
- Have had a few talks with people about this... Could a Pact soldier join the Mages Guild if they would say that they would act neutral while in Mages Guild missions? This means, being neutral as group, but still be of an alliance as individual.
- How are Nords as racist in ESO? In Skyrim we see that a few are very racist, but in ESO they seem to be more accepting, right? Could you explain this with some examples?
