Maybe I'm missing it, but I don't see any mention of a barbershop in the Dark Brotherhood notes..?

I'm anxious on character changes but I have to be honest. All of the topic in the announcement are more important IMO.

I'd much rather hear character customization with "housing" just cause that's all QoL
